(More) Dear Guest 57314,Have you thought of reporting your dissatisfaction to the Better Business Bureau? I previously filed a complaint myself. I believe the results on the BBB review are misleading and have told them so because they state that the clinic made me a reasonable offer of compensation because they offered me a laser treatment for the one they promised but did not deliver as paid for The BBB thought that was reasonable, but they have no knowledge of lasers. The actual manufacturer of the laser told me that an additional laser treatment at the time offered by the clinic was useless due to the time lapse, and the clinic should have known that since they hold themselves out to be experts in the field. I suspect they knew additional treatment would be useless all along but chose to have me drive 6 hours for it in the midst of a health crisis I made the clinic aware of rather than admit their mistake (or deception) and give me a reasonable refund instead of unreasonable offer (Hide)

They take no responsiblity for their action and are not willing to work with you when a problem arise. (Hide)
