Both of my daughters goto this daycare. They have been enrolled for about a year. We have never had any issues. The staff is always very accommodating! Teri and Lyndsey are both wonderful teachers that both of my children are very fond of. They are always so happy to see them.

If I could provide a -Star review I would. my son had multiple issues with this school. Was attacked by mulitple boys on the play yard and when I questioned them about it was told basically it was his fault due to breaking a lego build earlier in the day and they were retaliating (3 boys kicking my son while in the fetal position on the playground is NOT acceptable, retaliation or NOT. They did nothing to resolve the issue outside of blame my son. Another parent's child told their parent about it and he felt bad as he was one of the gang who attacked my son and they were friends. That parent then went into the school to complain about the issue and wanting them to resolve it. THEN something was done. WHy? Because that parent had two paying children in the center... vs my only one...My son came home with a broken & Bloodied skin horrific human bite wound from a child a year older (5, my son was just turned 4) and they did not clean it nor did they even tell me about the wound. Again no resolution. My son being in day care for the first time did the "Naked Dance" coming out of the bathroom. Innocent song we made up for him to get dressed timely. he did it shaking his Toukas and was sent home for being inappropriate. He was 4! again, playing tag with other children he tagged a girl on the bum and was sent home for being inappropriate. My son said things like Frick and Frack pumpkin smash or Dangit. He was sent home as that was too close to the "F" and "D" word. YET they allowed kids to tell my son "I hate you and I hope you die". or "You are more stupid than my sister, you're a retard" and that is 100% acceptable as it doesn't remotely sound like the "F" word...My son sang songs from Imagine Dragons. Sent home because that was not appropriate. Radioactive is apparently inappropriate. Finally they put him in the little kid room vs the pre-school group as they did not feel he was ready for school yet he was enrolled in the fall. So instead of readying him for kindergarten they put him with the three & 4 year olds stifling his learning and social skills needed for school time prep. He did wonderfully with that teacher and both of us asked for him to be moved into that room but the center director declined saying he shouldn't be going to school so no. Reality was a student that (bit, hit, hurt other children and was previously booted) was in that class and was brought back as the family now had a new born. They got paid twice to my single entry... Lots more problems ensued and eventually they booted my son. The day the kicked him out. The Director- Joanne made a HUGE ordeal about him being removed. She pulled him to the side and told him he was a BAD kid so that is why he was getting kicked out and not allowed back. We don't let bad kids in our school. I was furious!My son has some behavior disorders but nothing major. He was very calm and selfless child then. In fact it wasn't until the negligence of the center that he ever started acting out. This center should have its operating license removed. The center has sexist treatment of the kids (Girl's get away with everything, Boys are under a microscope and told that they will never be good as they are... they must be taught how to be good), negative treatment of children and staff, will talk openly in front of anyone very personal things, the Director is very emotional and will yell without cause and apologize later but repeat the actions. Preferential treatment will be given event to others detriment (Children's Safety) if there's more money on the other side. Sounded wonderful initially. But actions speak volumes! Do not take your kids there!

This is the worst daycare I have ever experienced being a first time mom. My daughter got hurt 2 out of 3 days of being there. They didn't clean her face or hands after feedings. Also never changed her clothes if they were dirty. Clearly they weren't using the bibs I provided. My daughter was always exhausted and unhappy when I picked her up. They documented she ate 4 oz when she didn't eat any because I pre-made the bottles. They waste too many diapers . Went through 8 changes in one day! The staff isn't friendly. They are rude and the place is run down. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Look how many bad reviews they got already. I yanked my daughter out after 3 days!

My child has gone to Childsplay Learning Center on Fridays for almost a year and a half. I have never cared much for the two woman who sit at the front desk, they seem to always be talking about people. And there are plenty of situations that left me feeling the school is not organized in the way that it is ran. But Ms. Jenna and Ms. Lindsay are great teachers and my son was always happy when I picked him up. I called today to schedule for this Friday and I was informed that my son can no longer go there. That they filled his spot with full time children. No one had contacted me. It's 2 days until Friday. And now I have the 'wonderful' task of informing my 2 year old that he no longer goes to his school! I felt my son was always safe and happy there. But do not recommend if you need reliable child care.

The preschool teachers in the red room are awesome, they have been so great with my son and warm and caring. I just wish the assistant director kenna would become the director she would fit perfectly into that position, shes very people oriented and knows how to talk to the parents and is so caring and listens. The current director on the other hand has no people skills and is so rude and snappy and always in a bad mood, thus is the reason for the 3 stars.

worst summer program ever, enrolled my children in Childs play summer program and the fee...sorry to say its not worth the money they haven't done anything worth the money...no field trips nothing my kids come home bored to death. Won't do this again!

Just enrolled my three kids. My kids love this place. Staff has been so welcoming. I'm not sure about the other reviews. I guess sour grapes! I just know my kids love this place. My husband and I have been so excited to see the kids so happy when we drop off. It makes it so much easier to go to work now and not to worry!

I would not recommend this daycare, I paid for their summer program, they were suppose to have lots of fun things for my child to do and they haven't done anything, what a waste of our money, we are looking for a new place to put our child.

I I love this center. My son loves coming here. The staff has been so welcoming and Awesome to us! The two previous reviews I think we're written by two disgruntled employees, and should have been gone when the old director was asked to leave. The new director has been nothing but gracious and kind to us. The change in management has been Awesome!! 5 Starsk

I concur with the previous review. I would not recommend this place even after the changes. We have witnessed many unprofessional things, if it wasn't for a couple teachers (who are no longer there) we would have left long ago.

I would not recommend this daycare to any of my friends, since the new director took charge, As I walked in one morning she was up front talking and gossiping about other employees which made me mad because it was someone I like very much, also other parents I know have heard her snap and yell at the children.as a director she is very unprofessional, and has no management skills. too bad because a couple of the teachers that work there are great.

She terminated my daughters kids with less than week notice and said her schedule was to inconsistent. Funny after 2 years of same schedule and her website says we work with flexible schedules. She's a joke!

Our son loves his "school". The staff are so loving and caring, couldn't ask for better. Our son has learned so much and is thriving! They work with our flexible schedules too which is a huge bonus!I highly rerecommend :)

My daughter enjoys it so much at Childsplay Learning Center. I know she is in very good hands while we are at work. I would recommend Childsplay any day!

The staff are wonderful at Childsplay! They have really worked with me with my crazy schedule and it is great to know my kids are well taken care of while I am at work!
