I am very displeased with taxrite because they told me it would take a month for taxes to come back(Other tax services are saying 7 to 21 days) and I called today someone wouldn't give me my total tax amount, she wouldn't go look for the form it was in the back and she didn't have time to look. I needed the total tax amount to check on the status of my refund. They are very unprofessional and rude. I will never use their service again and all my friends won't use their services.
