JACKING, CONCRETE RAISING, MUDJACKING, SLABJACKING, AND PRESSURE GROUTING While not exactly the same, these terms are used interchangeably by the general public to describe the process of raising concrete slabs with hydraulic pressure. Settled, uneven concrete slabs can be quickly and economically raised to their original positions by pumping specially blended material below the slab. OTHER SERVICES: CAULKING - Caulking of major cracks and open joints, we use an industrial grade polyurethane caulk, gray in color to match the color of the concrete. SEALING - Application of a 40% solids, industrial grade silane sealer to reduce damage from water, salts, and chlorides. NEW CONCRETE - If the problem has been let go to long and the damage to severe to repair with concrete raising, we can replace your trouble areas with new concrete. If you are adding a new walk, patio, or pad, we can do that too.
