I hired this company to do an eviction.This is not a legitimate company. I spoke with Tonya Smith, the owner of the company and I told her that I would need a total of 20 workers. The day of my eviction, her workers showed up late. And there were only 12 people , not 20, which I paid for. Her workers look like homeless people They were urinating in my neighbors' yards. My tenant ended up paying and therefore the eviction was canceled. I still had to pay her crew CASH full amount for showing up and doing nothing. I immediately contacted her requesting a receipt be emailed to me for my record. She proceeded to say that she was out of town and will do it when she returned. I contacted her the following week and she continued to give me excuses, saying she's not in the office (fake) I called and left several messages pleading with her to provide me with a receipt to no avail. This "FAKE" company is garbage and highly recommend that they are not used for your eviction services.
