I talked with Richard who prides himself on outstanding customer service. I was initially impressed and he went to... (More) I talked with Richard who prides himself on outstanding customer service. I was initially impressed and he went to assess one of my properties. He called me days later saying he couldn't get in. I was surprised because I asked him to call from the property if he had any problems with the lockbox. Anyway, later I called to arrange a meeting, but didn't receive a call back so I called two more times. Finally, I received a call back but at this time I was hesitant to do any business with them as if they don't call me back after three weeks, what happens if a tenant calls with a leaking pipe that's flooding the house? Before going out to the property again, he wanted me to sign a management agreement for no less than a year and he raised his price. When I expressed hesitation about signing a 1 year agreement before him seeing the property, he got snippy and said to call back when I changed my mind. Needless to say, even if I did call him, he probably wouldn't call me back for a few weeks  (Hide)
