(More) They have a real problem with their bookkeeping, which causes all sorts of mix ups and failure to pick up trash, etc. Every 4 months there is one more issue with their auto withdrawls that means they cut off service and we are required to pay a reactivation fee.What a headache!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Use someone else! Spare yourself the trouble! Nobody wants garbage overflowing because of repeated, ignorant mistakes on the part of their trash company. Life is hard enough without overflowing trash for an extra week!Plus they are pricey!!!!!!!!!!  (Hide)

I can never cancel your service without paying a fee? Oh, it's to refurbish the can and to restock it. Well, try this, you can have your can back when you waive the fee. I'm sure I have SOME kind of junk in my garage that I can use the can as a storoage bin for.  (Hide)

How do I show a negative star? You think starting or transfering service is tough, try to discontinue service! If you call to discontinue, you're put on hold, hold, hold...........How many different conserve messages can you stand to listen to?

Purchased an existing business in Sept. called to transfer service on the first day - 35 days ago. They stated that they had everything and updated the records. Come to find out that they are still billing the old owner 1 month later. When I... (More) Purchased an existing business in Sept. called to transfer service on the first day - 35 days ago. They stated that they had everything and updated the records. Come to find out that they are still billing the old owner 1 month later. When I called them back they were to send over the new contract shortly after speaking with them the same day - that never happened. I informed them to cancel service at this point and now they have to have their sales manager call. Still not resolved yet. Also, pricing is much higher than the competition. Worth checking around for quotes - even on residential.  (Hide)

They do not pick up the trash unless it is pack perfectly. Most of the time they won't take trash that is not in the can. drivers are always looking for an extra $20 to take items.

(More) Management is rude, workers are rude, they throw the cans in the ditch, road where ever your can lands is where it stays. They throw one of mine in their truck and tried not to give me another one becasue this one belonged to me, left one in the road and ran over it.They have the monopoly in our area, I would love more competion for them. Expensive, don;t care attitude. I take mine own right now to the dump. I refuse to do business with them.  (Hide)
