I have gotten 5 pairs of glasses over several years and I've always been happy. The glasses fit and staff is very helpful!!

DONT GO HERE This place is a joke I've came here 3 times to pick up my contacts I ordered 3 weeks ago every time there closed 1 hour early 2 hours there time 9 to 5 is not true and when u call to complain they hang up on u

I waited two weeks for my glasses to arrive and when I tried them on everything was double. A young man tried making adjustments and needed help from the manager. The manager twisted the glasses until I was no longer seeing double. The prescription was never checked and was told that it would take a few days for things to improve. Within a few days I was waking up with a stiff neck and pain running from my shoulders to elbows. I did not connect this with the glasses. The glasses started scratching and coming apart within weeks. After waiting for more than hour for help, I was told that I was "too rough" and to be more careful. The scratching continued and so did the pain in my arms and shoulders. The glasses became so scratched that it was necessary to have them replaced. Of course, Vision 4 Less would not claim responsibility because they felt I had not taken proper care of the glasses. I have worn glasses since grade school and never have had problems with scratching or the frames. T

I went in for contact lenses, Had to have eye exam first, after that they fit me with contacts I could not even see out of them. They told me it would take a little while for me to get use to them. I suffered with headaches for 2 days. I started wearing my glasses again the headaches went away. They managed to get my money though.

This place doesn't even deserve a star because my husband went in there to find out prices for contacts for future business and the rude woman in there told my husband to take a number like everyone else. For a small question he had to take a number, really? Well that's nice he walked out the door and we won't ever do business there.

Staff was great and in good spirits. Awesome customer service and great products.

Staff is friendly. They sometimes have a crowd but move pretty fast. You can't beat their deals either! I've bought glasses from them for several years and I've always been satisfied!

Friendly staff, they don't always get your glasses right but they are easy to access and have long hours. They've always fixed any problems I've had. I've bought several pairs of glasses from them.
