Other companies were very rude when I called them. Value Dry was understanding and took the time to listen to my problem and needs. They sent one of their inspectors out to look over my wet basement. The inspector did a great job of explaining to me why I am having these problems and the long term effects. I had them waterproof my basement and I have not had any problems since! The system has a lifetime transferable warranty so when I sell my home I can use that has a big selling feature. (Hide)

(More) I have a very demanding job and usually am at my office by nine. Therefore, I was apprehensive about taking a few hours off to be present for the job that Value Dry was doing for me. However, the crew arrived promptly at eight-thirty, explained the process of what they would be doing, and completed the job promptly. I was able to make it to work at the time I expected to arrive there. The crew did an excellent job with my basement and were very helpful in explaining the procedure to me. Not only was I pleased with the work, I was extremely pleased with the price. I felt that the price was fair and I did not feel that I was paying for anything unnecessary. I will continue to contact Value Dry with any future problems that I have with my basement, and I would definitely recommend Value Dry to others in need of their services. (Hide)
