I bought a 20-year old home in Carrollton and wasn't pleased with my summer electric bills. I called MES fully... (More) I bought a 20-year old home in Carrollton and wasn't pleased with my summer electric bills. I called MES fully expecting to be informed that I needed a new AC unit. Earle Edomm arrived (on time, by the way), performed an inspection of my current system, and found that I have a probable coolant leak in my attic.
The previous owner of my home had left all the documentation for when he had purchased the AC unit, and Earle found that the previous owner had purchased the extended warranty (I was pleasantly surprised!!). Bottom line -- rather than try to sell me a unit that I didn't really need, Earle recommended that I contact the company that had sold the current unit to the previous owner, transfer the warranty into my name, and have them take care of the repairs! That is what I call HONESTY and INTEGRITY!
I told Earle that if and when we need a new AC/heating unit, my first call will be to MES A/C and Heating. We need more companies like MES. Thank you, Earle Edomm and MES!!! (Hide)

This company did a great job. I thought I needed a bigger unit. It turns out the unit had been replaced years ago... (More) This company did a great job. I thought I needed a bigger unit. It turns out the unit had been replaced years ago with a larger unit but whoever did it just changed the unit and didn't make the air ducts big enough for the new unit. The whole system including the additional return duct ended up being about the same as what my other estimates were for a 13 seer with no duct. We never had air like this before and the electric bill went way down. Thank you Earl !!! (Hide)
