the membership fees are a rip off. They need to stop making us pay that.

I had them for several years, paying almost 1000 every 6 months for 2 vehicles. Called them and said I was going to move to a different insurance company if I didn't get a better deal. Boom, they said they just started giving discounts for good credit and dropped my payments almost $500 bucks every 6 months. Ended up going with geico, even lower rate, same coverage and I don't have to pay the stupid membership fee every year. If you have Farm Bureau give this a shot.  (Hide)

I had heard about them from a friend, so I called them up. The agent was very friendly, and he explained details on my policy that I had never understood before.
