When I originally went out to gather quotes, they were the only ones who actually came to visit me in person to assess the job; multiple other companies quoted me over the phone without really viewing our true application. Also, Surveillance Technologies came in off the bat with the lowest cost compared to the other 4 quotes I received and the DVR capacity was larger than others I was quoted. As a nonprofit organization, cost was very important. I also liked that their direct employees were performing the install, not a subcontractor like some other companies were using. Their installer was punctual, professional and did an excellent job installing our systems and training our employees to use the system. I will be purchasing more sytems in the future and I will certianly be using Surveilance Technology - Family Resource Centers (Hide)

Surveillance technology installed a $5,000 system at our storage facility and soon after the wiring failed. They claimed a 1 year warranty but simply not true. Instead we got a qoute for $2250 to rewire.

Surveillance Technology allowed me to view other systems they had installed from my own computer here in Gainesville. I was GREATLY impressed ~ not only with the system but with the kindness and professionalism of the employees. I have had this system in my testing lab for several years now and can actually observe what is going on not only on the stand alone monitor but from my own computer. Because of the clarity of this system I am now able to keep an eye on my students who are testing but can also continue to perform other duties.
