My family made a reservation online 2 months b4 our departure date. There are a total of 4 of us. 2 adults, a 5 yr old and 2 yr old. We have a total of 6 chk in baggage and 4 carry-on. One month in, my husband called to chk if there are other passengers in the shared ride for that day and to make sure that there's room for our luggages. Super Shuttle told us that they could not accommate because we have too many luggage, and that we needed to upgrade to a private van. Their luggage policy states, they follow closely to the airlines allowance of 2 check-in and 1 carry on per person. Super Shuttle made an excuse that this is for paying passangers only. The 2 yr old does not have any allowed baggage. I mean that does make sense? The airlines allows baggage for my 2 yr old, why not them, if they do follow the airline rules. Also, their website does not indicate paying passengers only. I cancelled and switched to Prime Shuttle who was BETTER!!!!! (Hide)

I made the reservation on the phone and was assured the shuttle would be there. When I called to confirm 15 minutes before the scheduled arrival time, the SuperShuttle agent could not find my reservation. She finally tracked it down and found that the reservation had been canceled. Had I not called to confirm, I could have missed my flight. Unbelievably, SuperShuttle then sent me an email saying that the reservation was canceled at MY request which is definitely not true. To add insult to injury, after all this, they still charged me the $4 reservation fee. (Hide)
