(More) I recently had a great experience at Spectrum where Mark was great at both helping me understand what needed to be fixed on my car and how I could minimize the cost. I've found this to be rare in the auto business- usually they're trying to give you the "up-sell". Instead, we figured out how to take care of the major issues I had with my paint and minimize the smaller scratches that I didn't want to spend a lot of money on.They were quick, knowledgeable about my car (there were lots of other European cars in there, which made me feel better) and ended up giving me a GREAT deal on the job. First, the customer experience was outstanding. Mark Boudreau, the owner, performed my estimate and communicated so clearly and cheerfully. One of the managers, Carl, maintained contact with me throughout the repair process. In particular, there was a moment when my insurance did not want to pay for a part of the job that Mark had written as being necessary. The disagreement could have cost me $500 but Mark assured me that he could get MY insurance company to come around. He did - I was even able to witness how he handled the situation, which was professional but very well-informed and forceful. The car was done on time and looked amazing; it actually looked better than when I brought it because of the complimentary detailing. (Hide)
