Not only they were over 2 hours late... I had to call them. They didn't tell me it was cash or check only, so the "movers" said they wouldn't cash the check till 2 days later, so I can make a deposit that day! They cashed the check that day, which caused me to overdraft. Plus, they lost some of my items to my bed set during the move! I always believe in 2nd chances and supporting the local business so I called them again when my new place was available. Told one of the owners my previous bad experience and he just laughed into the phone. Then try to justified them being late by saying they did me a favor because they had 3 men instead of 2 but didn't charge me. The only reason why they had 3 men was because they were just getting off the last job and were already two hours late...so they didn't have time to drop one of the movers off. I only had 1 room of furniture. The owner's poor customer service was unacceptable! (Hide)

They showed up 1 hour late without ever telling me that they were running late. The job was estimated at 3 hours and it took them 5 hours. An antique cabinent was heavily damaged by them and they refuse to take responsibility for it and repair it. (Hide)
