I have been a customer of Sherman Oaks Medical Supply for quite awhile now. My boyfriend/companion of 23 years, just passed away, but he and I both, have been customers of Sherman Oaks Medical Supply for quite a few years. He was totally 100% happy with this company, and not just with the way the all operate their business, but with all the services, repairs, everything. When we first started going there, the office employees offered so much of their time, effort, advice, and their 100% help to the both of us. Until my boyfriend passed away, we both purchased two power chairs from them, and whenever we ever had a problem with either one of them, I would call them up, and they would immediately have the repair service come out. They always made sure that the patient, or customer was totally satisfied. All the personnel is so pleasant, courteous, sweet, caring, understanding and this is what makes me never ever wantiing to go anywhere else.100% satisfied.  (Hide)
