(More) I placed an order through send.com and canceled it within a few hours when I realized the bottle of scotch I was sending for $90 cost $29 in a liqour store. I received a conformation saying the order was canceled. 1 month later no refund. Try calling thier 800 # its a joke!! On shear luck after about 30 calls I finally reached someone who apologized and said they would send it to accounting. 2 Months and another 30 phone calls and still no refund just another guy telling me it was sent to accounting and it may take a few days. I think this buisness is operated out of someones livingroom. STAY AWAY the prices are massively inflated and there is no customer service. (Hide)
