Scotts LawnService

Completely worthless. Overcharged me. Runnemede franchise keeps calling for money I do not owe them. Used them for over 10 years and will finally switch. AVOID!!!!!

If you like your lawn DON'T DO IT!!! They killed my whole lawn in one swoop. Save yourr money and do it yourself!

I have used them for a number of years hoping it "would just take time" - but now I have decided they are useless! They have killed my bushes once by too strong a fertizler (for which of course they would accept no responsibility) and the only... They have killed my bushes once by too strong a fertizler (for which of course they would accept no responsibility) and the only reason my grass is green is because it's full of WEEDS!!! The lawn treatment worked well, but I could not get the Scott''s people to do what I wanted. Get all of your agreements in writing. If you want less than 7 treatments a year, get that in writing and make sure your local people know that. Two... Not happy with the lawn care. I called several times to advise the technician and it seemed as he did not understand lawns very well. Two independent opinions indicated the lawn was diseased yet the Scotts technician had no idea. Our lawn looks... (More) Not happy with the lawn care. I had them for years and swear to god my lawn looks worse now then when they began. When ever I called about a problem they never could take care of it, there was always an excuse. I had a TERRIBLE experience with Scotts. They KILLED MY LAWN and refused to take responsibility for it. Over the course of the 4 months that I used their service, most of the grass died from chinch bugs and weeds that they were supposed to be... (More) I had a TERRIBLE experience with Scotts. They KILLED MY LAWN and refused to take responsibility for it. Over the course of the 4 months that I used their service, most of the grass died from chinch bugs and weeds that they were supposed to be treating. My lawn never looked so bad!!! When I complained, the manager just wrote off my feedback. They obviously have no regard for their customers and have no sense of accountability for their actions (or lack thereof).  (Hide)

scotts overfertilized my lawn and burnt it up pretty good and when i cancelled because they wouldnt fix it they billed me the next day and wouldnt pay to fix it just walked away didnt even try to make me happy so much for the little guy st louis
