I made the mistake of cancelling them and ordering Charter.... Worst decision ever.... I'm back with DirecTV and VERY PLEASED!!! I didn't know what I had until I let it go.. I knew exactly waht I wanted and the rep helped me order really fast. I've had DirecTV in the past and their programming is by far the best, I think. ANyway, I can't wait to get it installed they are coming out tomorrwo which was really fast since I just ordered it. (Hide)
