(More) 2009 ProjectsDavid Nicodemus and his professional crew completed 5 large projects for us in 2009. One job consisted of building a 3 bedroom- 2 1/2 bath home from the ground up, and another was a tear down and complete rebuild. The other projects involved solving extensive drainage issues and upgrades to a house, including a kitchen rebuild. He constructed an outdoor kitchen at our residence and upgraded a rental house from the 1950's. During these extensive and involved projects, not once did Nicodemus Development leave us hanging or fail to meet their anticipated schedules. All projects were completed quickly and on time with extremely friendly and courteous service. We would highly recommend Nicodemus Development for any size project you have planned.
