For an enjoyable evening out with friend(s), good food, nice atmosphere, great pricing, New World is hard to beat. Entrance is through the bar, but follow it around to the formal dining room for some privacy. This is a great place to bring a date. Usually only one or two of the dozen or so table are occupied. Dining is leisurely and casual, but this is one of those cozy "out of the way" places you'll enjoy taking your mate to, for a bite to eat. Service is good, with friendly wait staff and bar staff. The food is Portuguese /Spanish and a lot of the menu is Portuguese, but the waiter will interpret the menu for you. Entrees are moderately priced, but the food is very good. Saturday nights, downstairs there is dancing to live music. The only drawback to New World is parking, which can be difficult, but the experience has always been worth the effort!
