Because of their large inventory, I was able to find it very quickly. They are a huge company, however their customer service was more like the kind you would find with a mom and pop business. I then recommended them to my neighbor when his spring broke on his garage door. He thanked me the next day, and told me that his technition was very professional, knowledgeable, and a nice guy compared to some service techs he has had in the past. I would highly reccomend National Overhead for anything to do with garage doors or garage door openers.  (Hide)
