Their electricians are great - they are timely, polite, and highly competent. The office staff, however, is quite poor. Their communication is non-existent. If you use them, make sure that YOU, the customer, calls to confirm the appointment. I left work early, waited at home for an electrician, and then called the office once my 3:00-5:00 window had expired. The office informed me that my appointment had been canceled. They left no message on my phone the entire day. The woman didn't even offer an apology when I expressed my dismay. I then asked to speak to the manager and was told she would call me the next day. It's been two weeks and counting and I still haven't received a call back ... To be honest, based on their poor communication, use at your own risk.

The best home service's experience I have ever had. Would not think off calling another electrician The girl that answered the phone was very pleasant and a pleasure to deal with.Their technician showed up on time!... (More) The girl that answered the phone was very pleasant and a pleasure to deal with.Their technician showed up on time! What a change from other contractors I have delt with. He was very polite and informative about our problem. He evaluated the issue we were having and gave us a price for doing the work. He told us he had all of the parts needed to do the job on his truck, which he called a "wharehouse on wheels''. He was able to complete the job on one trip and didnt have to charge me for a trip to the supply house. The last electrician we had charged us for the time he had to spend going to get parts. The amazing thing was that after the work was finished he CLEANED UP his mess!! What a novel idea. Their work was very neat and the entire experience was a treat, compared to what we were used too. I would highly recommend them and have reffered my friends to them already. I wish more companies had there high standards of customer service. Thank you Mister Sparky. (Hide)
