Jessie, the sales manager, helped me with my Rolex, and it is everything I wanted and more. It is absolutely beautiful. The best part about them, besides the gorgeous and unique watches, is the customer service. Like a lot of brides to be, I was a bit particular and perhaps obsessive at times, but Jessie is so responsive and friendly. Plus, you can get a completely unique one-of-a-kind watch. I highly recommend Melrose Jewelers, and have told my husband that if he ever wants to buy a watch for himself, he can just go straight here. :-) (Hide)

(More) Just received my Rolex Datejust with the two-tone band, and I couldn't be happier! This is one gorgeous watch, and it's EVERYTHING the Melrose website said it would be. I'm extremely pleased with the service I received and the answers he provided to my questions. I made it a point to ask him about the detractors and negative news about Melrose on the web, and he had some frank and honest replies. I don't doubt that some people have had a negative experience with Melrose. It happens. But so far, I rate my buying experience as "excellent". And no, I'm not a Melrose "plant".
