If I could give them a zero star rating, I would. I had a problem with my second zone heat pump unit and had... (More) If I could give them a zero star rating, I would. I had a problem with my second zone heat pump unit and had diagnosed the problem to a control board in the unit. I called ME Flow as I found them in the yellow pages to confirm my diagnosis and repair the part (which was still under warranty). The gentleman came out, correctly diagnosed the issue, but then continued to quote me THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS to repair the part. Mind you, the part is free--under warranty-- and the labor should be no more than half an hour to at most an hour to replace. I told him that was unacceptable and to leave my premises immediately. He said that I could "call his supervisor" to negotiate a price. Needless to say, I hired another local contractor to do the repair, which was done for $120 (one hour labor), where half an hour was spent replacing the part and the other half spent with me checking out the rest of the system. DO NOT USE ME FLOW!!! (Hide)

They arrived promptly and fixed our problem and sold us a one year "mainetenance contract" that was supposed to help us keep our two heat pump units running optimally all year round by providing a fall and winter check up for each unit. However, after paying for this service, we found out just how hard it was to actually get the service promised. We had to call over and over again to try and get them to come out and honor their agreement. When we finally did get in touch with them to schedule an appoinment, they would schedule but not show up (even after we had taken off of of work and waited around the house to meet them). This three-ring circus continues still. Last week, we arrived home to find another one of the tags on the door for a visit that we did not even have schedueled. When we tried to call them on the phone, they complained that we stood them up for an appoinment that we never scheduled. INSANE ! (Hide)
