OF ONE OF THEIR CLOSE OUT AND GOT LOTS OF SHORT LENGTHS AND UNSUSABLE PIECES BUT I ALSO ONLY PAID $2 SF. FOR THE PRODUCT, SO YOU GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR. OMG! BUYER BEWARE!!! These people are crooks. Selling seconds and won't warranty anything because they blame problems on bad install and they don't install, how convenient! Installation failures can occur, but if a manufacturing related problem is found, we correct the problem immediately. LLI is not responsible for installation related failures caused by poor installation to include: failure to properly store the product during acclimate, failure to test for moisture prior to installation, poor subfloor conditions, and failure to follow the manufacturers installation instructions. Site related problems such as excessive moisture or failing to properly care for the product after installation including regulation of the interior temperature and relative humidity are issues outside our control and become the responsibility of the homeowner / installer. I send all my customers to Lumber liq. And everyone of them love their products. I can give you their names and phone numbers .Their Bellawood is unbeatable(way above industry standard), their Durawood is industry standard with 20 plus yr. warranty. I agree with some of these complaints. You need to know what you are doing when it comes to a large purchase. Their close outs are close outs. Their shorts are shorts. You get what you pay for. Trying to save money and buying those types of products are not worth it. Pay the little extra and get their regular stock like Bellawood or durawood, and you will be completely happy with your floor that will outlast you. Also not a good idea to install yourself. Hire a PRO. Call his references. Get several. Not just one. It probably was a relatives house, and he has only done one job. Bought 3/4 x 3-1/4 white oak. The milling was inconsistant and caused plank height differences. Also, needed additional bull nose that took over a month to get. (More) I Had to give a star to rate, this company sells product to unsuspecting homeowners, with the idea that everything will work out. Well turns out flooring is like everything else, you need to know what you are doing to purchase material. If you are lloking to buy floors go to a local professional,'these people will sell you an idea that "theres nothing to it" not true. Turns out all expenses included the entire experience cost us 9,000.00 and we still had to hire one of the SO CALLED higher companies we had give us an estimatr,'if i have to hear ,"i told you we should have hired the OTHER GUY , one more time from my wife and kids and sister and her sister and next door neighbor who hired a pro to do their wood,'i was going to show them all by savin a bunch of money, IF A DEAL SEEMS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT IS,' DONT GO HERE AND CALL A PRO SAVE YOUR MONEY.' We had serious issues with the quality of the flooring we got and it didn't all match, stupid me, I was warned about this, they get their "great" pricing by buying odd lots, shorts and factory rejects or returned products. What a rip off!

I agree with the others. We ordered samples of what we purchased and it was nothing like what we received when we ordered the actual 1600sf of hardwood we needed. When we popped the pallets the wood was scraps. We had it in a climate control... (More) I agree with the others. We ordered samples of what we purchased and it was nothing like what we received when we ordered the actual 1600sf of hardwood we needed. When we popped the pallets the wood was scraps. We had it in a climate control environment and they would not even consider taking the product back. They offered a $300.00 credit toward another purchase. What an insult!!! We blew $2,000.00. I will never purchase from them again. BE CAREFUL  (Hide)
