They disappointed me. The only reason I went with them was because they told me that they could get my mini split unit permitted, when other companies told me up front that they could not. I paid for the job and later on I found out that they were not able to get the permit. I requested a refund for the permit cost, that I paid, and have gotten nothing but the run around as to why they are unable to honor my request. I am now out $375.00, and no permit. So I feel completely ripped off.

This company has a 5 star rating. All these phony reviews were entered the same day. They recently done work after nearly 2 months and 7 trips back to my house the unit will not keep up with the thermostat. I can put it on 79 and it reads 83 degrees! Not HAppy!!
