Outstanding work. I had some drywall and painting repair done. Ken and his staff did an incredible job, high attention to detail and superior professionalism. Had a lot of tape and bed, texturing and painting for Ken. Big job and I can't say enough about how happy we are with the work. Always on time and every day we did a walk thru to make sure I was pleased with the work AND the clean up. Already planning on hiring him again for another project. Ken was neat, polite and professional. Arrived in a timely manner even a during snowstorm and didn't leave until he was satisfied with the quality of his work. Had K&S fix nail pops and replace rotting wood on chimney. They secured the drywall back onto the studs with screws, filled all the holes, re-textured and re-painted. For the chimney, they replaced wood, re-caulked and repainted. Very pleased with the job they did and found them easy to work with, very professional and did everything they said they would. They never left me with my biggest pet peeve: "where are they?" I definitely recommend them.

Ken completely renovated my garage by texturing the drywall and painting. He also acid washed the concrete floor and applied an epoxy to protect the floor. Overall, he did a great job and would recommend him to my friends.

Not recommended. Still washing overspray off the outside of the windows, texture off the inside of the windows and they did not fill cracks in garage floor before applying the coating so the cracks are HIGHLIGHTED. I supplied coating-Ken only responsible for prep and application. He argued that he was never to fill the cracks but this was the ONLY reason I wanted the floor coated AS WAS DISCUSSED with him. He said he would redo the floor so I SUPPLIED the coating kit AGAIN. He did not show and hung up on my call and will not take my calls. As always, he was paid a percentage before the job was started and the balance when the job was done. He agreed to reapply the coating but claimed he needed to pay the other worker. He has the FULL payment for a job not done and the nerve to claim he is an honest Christian. Dishonest.

Ken came out and did a small patch job to repair a water stain and retexture the area. He was prompt and the price was affordable. After his team completed the work, Ken came out to inspect it. Great service and follow up. They were on time and worked quickly.

Does a crumby job, then tells me it will take weeks before he can come back to fix it. Beware! He says he'll call back but doesn't. Wouldn't use him again if he was the only contractor left on the planet.

On Feb. 27, 2009, I provided this company the requested $165 deposit to have drywall repair done on my ceiling two weeks after I made the deposit. After three weeks went by I called and sent e-mails to K & S paint services requesting a refund of my deposit. The company's owner contacted me explaining that he was having personnel and money problems. I never received my initial deposit and I had to hire someone else to complete the work.

I recently hired K & S to finish my kitchen remodel and would happily hire these guys again. We found them to be courteous, honest, flexible, and punctual. Not to mention they did a great job. Needless to say, we were very impressed and have already recommended them to several of our friends.

We had three jobs for them to do and they did a superb job on all three. They textured and painted over the wallpaper in our kitchen, textured and painted a small bath and textured and painted over a wall border. They were on time, on budget, friendly, and professional. We will definitely hire them for any other projects we have for our house. Five Stars

Repaired my drywall crack, textured and painted everything perfectly. Was extremely professional and left everything neat and clean. He was very cautious in my home which I greatly appreciated. A fantastic job and ensured I was completely satisfied before he left. I will definitely call on K&S again for any drywall repairs or painting needs.

We used K&S to patch up some cracks from foundation, had a couple of problems, BUT, the owner, did come back out personally, and fixed it all, and made it right. Very nice owner and very pleasant employees!

K and S Paint Service redid my kitchen and breakfast nook. They removed all paper textured and painted. My husband and I are very please with the out come. We give this company 5 stars.
