Carpet One has the best products with the best warranties on the market. The staff is all professionally trained and have the best customer service out of anybody in the field. Randy Young and all the other people who work for him will always go the extra mile to maksure we were happy. They also have a warranty that i will like my floor or they will replace it for free. You should go to Youngs they will take great care of you.

They were 3 days later than expected and after 2 weeks the floor started to yellow.

We haven't had our floors and backsplash installed yet, but Mr. Webb's help and dedication to helping me decide what i like as well as keeping me on budget was wonderful. He had lots for me to see as well as touch. I even got to take it home and look at it different lights and get lots of opinions. It has been a great expierence so far and I look forward to the installation.

Tyler helped me choose flooring for my dental office. I wanted something that looked nice and was easily cleaned. He surprised me with a laminate flooring recommendation and educated me why it was the best choice for the office. I was ready to spend more but I'm so thankful that I listened to his expert advice. The flooring is absolutely beautiful and the installers clearly had pride in their workmanship. So I got a less expensive alternative which looked better than I expected. How often does that happen in life? They're clearly the best in the inland empire!

Larry Hunter at the Temple Hills, MD location was the perfect salesperson and the reason I'll return to modern carpet one--he helped me get the right carpet and kitchen floor that best suited my budget. I needed very quick installation, and Mr. Hunter followed through to make sure this happened! The installers were on time and professional, and took care in their (good) work.

Wow, what a sham. Competitors for Carpet One writing bad reviews that are then posted to every Carpet One in the country. Obviously, you can't believe this kind thing since some of the stores listed here are not even in the same state as the ones I searched on!

I went to this store after reading negative review. I did not believe it until I went to the store. It is the worst experience in customer service I have ever had. The guy who helped me smelled like alcohol.

I called the corporate office and they gave me another location. They are much nicer and more reasonable on the prices.

They did not return my calls. When I went to the location and ordered my flooring I had to cancel after 6 weeks of no product.

My laundry room looks better than ever thanks to Carpet One! I got new vinyl flooring quite inexpensively and now doing laundry does not feel like such a chore. My new vinyl floor is very welcoming, but more than the way it looks is the fact that I know it will last a long time!
