I had HD clean my carpet and was more than satisfied. The carpet had some spots on it that I thought would never come out but they were able to remove them so well I couldn't tell where the spots used to be. If you're looking for a carpet cleaning company that will do what they say they are going to do and do it right, then I would call these guys; I will be using them again in the near future.

I have never had a better carpet cleaning job in my life. When Howard drove up I thought, OMG who have I hired? He was not in a uniform and had a young guy with him that he was training. He has his own machine that he invented in his van. I was sceptical at first. I allowed him to begin and he got right to it. He had given me a price on the phone and he stuck with the price. No extra charges. As he trained his young man I over heard him giving him very good tips as they went room to room. Anyway, I have his number saved in my phone and his website saved on my computer. I would definitely have Howard with HD Certified Professionals return to clean my carpet again. Jill/ San Antonio, Texas

Not sure who is writing the above reviews, but I will give you an honest one. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a service company. Had to reschedule twice and never got the work done. Maybe they do a good job, I will never know. After the second scheduling I am getting refund form groupon, not worth the trouble to sit around on a Saturday waiting for someone to come. After the second time I called the owner he told me to get a refund and find someone else....GREAT customer service, howard!!!

Howard was so nice and knowledgeable! Gave me a great price and even came on short notice on a Sunday. Him and his team did an amazing job! I will definitely be calling him again! Thank you HD Certified! Y'all rock!

It is hard to believe that carpet can get this clean. The price is really low for the high quality job Howard and his team does. I believe that this company is the best in all of San Antonio.
