While moving into my new home I dropped my dresser which created a large blemish on the side. I called in to report my accident and because I bought the extended warrenty they gave me a brand new $800 dresser! My wife and I were so relieved. Their furniture is a great value for the money. Not very cheap however you are getting what you pay for without paying a ridiculous amount for a hand rubbed finish or whatever. I highly recommend paying a little extra for the warrenty, it actually covers accidents like getting a scratch on your table or whatever it may be.  (Hide)

This is the absolute best furniture store I have ever been to. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated with courtesy and respect. Everyone there was so helpful and knowledgable about the product. I had never been to a furniture store... (More) This is the absolute best furniture store I have ever been to. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated with courtesy and respect. Everyone there was so helpful and knowledgable about the product. I had never been to a furniture store before where the salespeople can actually educate you about the product. They delivered my furniture to my home and set everything up perfectly, I even asked them to move it around a couple of times until it was in the right spot and they were so helpful. I found the best value and the best styles, I will never shop anywhere else. I love you Furniture Row!!!!!  (Hide)

I bought 3 expensive, sold wood tables for my living room here. Not even a year later and they are chipping wood off of them. They are junk. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Please don't purchase anything from this company, they treat their employees like dirt and their furniture is cheap! My family member works for them in delivery and they just changed their pay scale... called it "Delivery Incentives"! I would say... (More) Please don't purchase anything from this company, they treat their employees like dirt and their furniture is cheap! My family member works for them in delivery and they just changed their pay scale... called it "Delivery Incentives"! I would say it is a great incentive to quit, but it is difficult to find another job - so he has to stick where is at until he can find something better. Their new incentives... the delivery crew now gets paid 1% of the purchase price of your new furnture. Example: You purchase a new table and chair set for $300.. they strip it from the box, load it on their truck, drive it to your house, set it up for you and they each get $3 to do so!!! And... they require them to deliver in snowstorms - even when state patrol has told everyone to stay off the roads!!! Please don't buy from these people - boycott them, they don't deserve your money!!  (Hide)

I used to work at Furniture Row and I was fired because of everything I knew. However, they called it "the economy". I tried to tell them I didn't want to fix any furniture that was being sold or delivered as new. If I fixed anything, I wanted the... (More) I used to work at Furniture Row and I was fired because of everything I knew. However, they called it "the economy". I tried to tell them I didn't want to fix any furniture that was being sold or delivered as new. If I fixed anything, I wanted the customer to know about the problems and asked if they want a discount or use the damaged product until a new piece arrives. The management is too scared to call their customers about the problems. Here's a shocker, its called CUSTOMER SERVICE, not called I'm scared of customers. When the customers leave, the salespeople start making fun of them behind their back. I worked in the warehouse which the delivery guys and myself felt that we were the only ones with any common sense and courtesy. Stay away from Burlington, IA Furniture Row. They will treat you like dirt and won't think anything of it. Trust me, I was the only person with a heart that was always at that store, and I was canned. Say NO to Furniture Row.  (Hide)

Do not go here. My son and daughter both purchased kitchen table, dining room set and all items were damaged. Replacement was promised, but for one took 3 different exchanges to finally get one right, they even made him come pick up the table &... (More) Do not go here. My son and daughter both purchased kitchen table, dining room set and all items were damaged. Replacement was promised, but for one took 3 different exchanges to finally get one right, they even made him come pick up the table & chairs, the other ended up returning all of the items, something wrong with all and terrible service to getting it right. Have several other friends and co-workers with same stories. One even got two different colors of couch and love seat. Just unbelievable stories. Can go on and on. Don't even bother to go look and then be disappointed. My daughter was so upset and disappointed with Furniture Row. It's too bad they can't stand up and be a good store. Bloomington/Normal really needs a good furniture store.  (Hide)
