(More) After doing a fair amount of research online, it became clear to me that Frontpoint was the choice for our home. I am a retired Police Officer and knew that it was just a matter of time before our home became a target; I felt so strongly that it was actually ruining our vacations because I was worried about our home. We received FANTASTIC customer support, had our system hooked up in under 30 minutes (as advertised) and the feeling of security that we have now has truly improved our quality of life - no more worrying. Something we hadn't even considered in the beginning was fire protection as well. We purchased one heat/smoke detectore (we will get another one) and all we had was the cost of the device, no additional charge for monitoring it. We truly feel protected, both from criminal activity and natural disaster - it's a great feeling knowing we've done our part. The system is flawless, quality and simple to use. Thanks FrontPoint!!! The installation could not be any easier, just peel and stick, the sensors are already set up to the control unit. You just have to label them with front point online or by phone. The system is portable and can be moved from address to address as you move. No need to get a land line phone line either because its based on cell phone technology. We have had a few issues with our sensors going out or not working properly and they have replaced the sensors and provided a means to ensuring the sensors work properly. I would suggest this system to anyone. I look forward to the day I can get the video cameras as well to add to our system. (Hide)

I have shopped around looking at several different alarm companies and Frontpoint seemed to fit my needs perfectly. I am very happy that the alarm system works through cell towers as opposed to traditional phone lines. I and my family feel very safe with Frontpoint and plan on staying with the company for many years to come. I use every opportunity to let friends and co workers know about Frontpoint. Every few months or so, I add more equipment to my system to make for a safer environment. Thanks Frontpoint for doing such a good job protecting my family. (Hide)

I love my frontpoint security system!!!! I feel very safe - especially since my house was broken into. It's very easy to install and use. The Frontpoint staff is so friendly and helpful - and always on duty. I wouldn't be without it!! Jane

Fast, friendly service. Easy to set-up. And if a sensor fails, the system alerts you and Frontpoint replaces the sensor immediately. I highly recommend them.

One time when me and my husband returned home we forgot the alsrm was on when we came in when we pushed the code in it said alarm cancelled we thought I was on my phone and didnt answer the call coming in a few minutes later hubby got s call from what he thought was the alarm company fr his work and gave the wrong code so needless to say the police were at our door in minutes they had slot of questions and incisted checking the house for intruders it was very reassuring to know that Frontpoint works 100 percent! I highly recommend FrontPoint Security over any other system on the market. I had previously used ADT for 10 years until my home was hit by murder, burglary and arson. The ADT system connected by a phone line did not live up to it's reputation. Alth... (More) I highly recommend FrontPoint Security over any other system on the market. I had previously used ADT for 10 years until my home was hit by murder, burglary and arson. The ADT system connected by a phone line did not live up to it's reputation. Although my phone line was cut and the house burned down, and the ADT system ripped from the wall, I never ever received a call from ADT to check on me. Not even months later, but they continued to bill me for monthly service on a system that was destroyed by fire and vandalism. Now I'm using FrontPoint. It's wireless so there's no phone line to cut. It was easy to install after the system and sensors were delivered to my home. I can receive text messages and emails any time a sensor is activated, even when the system is unarmed. And someone from FrontPoint has always called when the alarm has gone off (by mistake). Yet I can remember several times my ADT system went off while armed but I never got the call from ADT. I would everyone to use FP. (Hide)
