Stop calling me! If you ask for a quote online, prepare to be harassed. Four or more calls a day, even after I've asked to be taken off their call list.

First off let me say that I always write reviews! Everyone of my reviews have been positive, if i have anything negative i would just keep it to myself. But this i cannot!! These people have claimed i am on their insurance when really they deceived the DMV and stated i was only for a month then immedietly took me off their policy without my doings or even them notifying me. So i have been paying $175 for nothing, no refunds or anything! they literally have been stealing my money. I am a full time student, full time worker and live on my own, money is scarce and these people do not care about anyone or themselves. They are unethical and misleading. I do NOT recommend anyone begin service with them or further their services. They are NOT a company to be trusted. Sadly i had to find out the hard way.

personally think this company should be banned from California they will lie at the drop of a hat, change stories, even denign their promises. If you have issues you will get the run a round and be bounced from one department to another. really they are only interested in broker fees. Spend the extra money get better insurance.

freeway insurance takes advantage of old people and young drivers they charge a large broker fee to drivers that are old or young, they do not enter the license number if license suspended or revoked they did that to my brother he had the license suspended for a dui and they entered as an international we found out when the dmv asked for an sr22 they had to issue a new policy and charge more broker fee the company only charge 65.00 and the broker charge 485.00 broker fee.

The person on the phone was very nice and helpful with my Insurance requests.

FYI... Freeway is a broker therefore meaning that they are not an insurance company so they would not be the ones to handle a claim or assign and adjuster. that would be provided by the insurance company they assign you with when they issue the insurance policy to you. which you should be aware of at the time that you are signing up for insurance. just thought i mention that to those who dont know the difference between a broker agency and an insurance company.

I shopped other companies and Freeway gave me the best rate and the service was great. Great company.

Freeway avoids your phone calls for an adjuster. They never show up or call or pay. You can hound them all you want. They return calls and offer to sell you insurance. Now I have to find an attorney just to get reimbursed for a rental car and my car repairs . Stay Away!
