(More) Several months ago I purchased flooring from Floors Today in Greensboro, NC. Two weeks after having it installed, the flooring began to buckle. I contacted the manager and she explained that she would come look at it but that was normal. (?!?) I called each time after she missed an appointment and she reluctantly rescheduled. My husband and I went on vacation and upon our return I called the store again. A new manager was there and as promised, came out to inspect my floor THAT SAME DAY! Erick explained to me the problem was with the way my installer had failed to leave an expansion gap and this was causing my floor to rise from the subfloor in areas. I called my contractor again and in less than a week my problems were resolved.
It took them a while but I believe floors today is on the right track. Erick called me two weeks after his visit to make sure I was satisfied with my floor and I have to say that even after the aggravation, I couldn't be happier! (Hide)

I decedied against a purchase made after realizing the same day (July 31, 2006) I was provided false information. They signed my receipt that my credit card would be credited back by corporate. It still has not been credited and when I went to the store (Aug 14), I found the store vacated. Marietta Georgia.
I'm hoping this will be resolved today. Will update. (Hide)
