I called them as we felt our carpet damp with water. They came within less than an hour (I'm in Chula Vista, CA) coming from up north... Wow - they got here quick! Leak detection, examination of areas, pipes, sewage route, sprinkler system, setup gear (fans, dehumidifier, testers, etc) and other equipment... you name it... they came prepared. They did everything to get my place back in shape! They also kindly went through the paperwork trail to go through my homeowners insurance for billing. Very professional, quick reaction time, prepared with all the gear... overall... You guys are great! Flood Damage Express came through for me... thank you for all your help! (Hide)

All done in a timely matter and customer friendly, which is very important! (Hide)
