(More) Had my fence done from Home Depot.I was very skepitcal because other fence companies insulted there products.After the man from Home Depot explained that there installing a pro series thats a much better system than sold in stores and better than most all fence companies products.I decided to take a chance, well its just beautiful and good installers actually they told me they run the program and there a local fence maker and installer anyway.Thats nice to see HD give back to buffalo ny and offered me special financing.I was approved right at my table. just a very nice way to handle it.Thank you home depot!!!!  (Hide)

I went into Home Depot(to get light bulbs) West Seneca and talked with a very nice lady about installing a new fence.She set us up to there fence salesman (Eric) to call back(who was the most informative of all of the 7 estimates I recieved) I... (More) I went into Home Depot(to get light bulbs) West Seneca and talked with a very nice lady about installing a new fence.She set us up to there fence salesman (Eric) to call back(who was the most informative of all of the 7 estimates I recieved) I didnt even know they installed fencing no less a upscale system to most out there.The right day at the right time to walk into Home Depot .After a very good presentation .I contracted with The Home Depot they did a great job!!! my fence is exactly what we wanted.The crew was very good and fast.they did start 2 weeks after the promise date but it rained a lot and they did call me to tell me they would stay in contact for the most part they did.It was worth the wait for the quality of there product and service with special financing this was a winner Professional,experienced,quality.THANK YOU HOME DEPOT,  (Hide)

I used Home Depot for an appliance delivery. They called to confirm ahead of time and even delivered a day earlier than originally predicted! The delivery guys were professional and courteous and made the delivery in 5 inches of snow! I liked the... (More) I used Home Depot for an appliance delivery. They called to confirm ahead of time and even delivered a day earlier than originally predicted! The delivery guys were professional and courteous and made the delivery in 5 inches of snow! I liked the fact that Home Depot Background Screens its Employees and Contractors, so I would have felt safe if my wife had to accept delivery instead of myself.  (Hide)

Very pure customer service in regards to scheduling an in home consultation. Not very timely, a minimum of two weeks. I never received a call to confirm the consultation. When I called back on the date the consultation was scheduled, I received no... (More) Very pure customer service in regards to scheduling an in home consultation. Not very timely, a minimum of two weeks. I never received a call to confirm the consultation. When I called back on the date the consultation was scheduled, I received no satisfactory service, and was told I would have to wait another two weeks.  (Hide)
