I would never recommend this company to anyone. Placed an order and never received confirmation -- only a charge on my credit card. Sent 4 emails and still no response. The only thing this company cares about is customer money -- nothing about customer service. HORRIBLE!

Former Employee : I used to work in this place. While working there, I saw a lot of people been hired for ridiculously one to three days. They don't even inform you that your getting fired, they make you go there, and than fire you. (they walk you out). Management sucks big time. The top people in the company don't even seem to care that much about the employees, it was apparent to me that they had favorites, and if the manager didn't like you for whatever reason, you could get written up, and than fired. The leads and managers they choose don't know a thing of what their doing. They never get the training to be able to help the employees. They only sit on their desk, talk and talk and talk, and get angry with you if you go ask for help. Also, you will never earn more than ten dollars working here. I knew a lot of co-workers, that worked really hard, always friendly to everyone, that knew how to do everything in the warehouse, who never got a raise of more than 30 cents. Avoid it!!!!!

I ordered 2 replacememt parts on 3/24, website states they have an extensive inventory. Just as soon as I placed the order, get the message, this item is on backorder. Now status has been updated that the part will not ship until April 17th, so I should get my order in a MONTH. I'm really disappointed with this turn around time. I would have appreciated knowing this before I ordered.

Purchased a replacement felt Sander Pad with Backing Plate for a Makita BO4550 Finishing Sander. The web site provides a detailed parts diagram and a list of parts, prices, and in-stock status on a single page for each power tool. Very nice. It was easy to find the part number I needed. The part was in-stock and only $10. It arrived three days after purchase. The packaging was great. I certainly would buy an in-stock item again from eReplacementparts.
