President: Mr. Eberly is directly responsible for maintaining the schedules and budgets for projects in Land Development, and is further responsible for directing project engineers toward preparation of a professional, economical and effective set of plans and specifications for each individual project. Jon S. McDaniel, P.L.S. Principal: Mr. McDaniel is the Principal in charge of Surveys and his responsibilities are the supervision and coordination of all field surveys including client consultation, estimation, research, invoicing and follow up. James D. Jones, P.E. Vice President: 28 years of experience in land development throughout the greater Denver Metropolitan area. He is Vice President of EMK Consultants, Inc and has been with the firm for 25 years. Barry O. Moore, P.E. Project Manager: 30 years experience in land development in the Denver Metropolitan Area. He has been registered as a professional engineer since 1980 and has been at EMK since 1983. Stephen H. Harding, P.L.S. Manager of Surveys: 28 years of surveying experience, 14 years as a licensed surveyor. He has been in responsible charge of boundary, cadastral retracement, control, aerial, hydrographic mapping and construction surveys, both in the field and office.
