(More) I am writing this review to warn others so what happened to us never happens to anyone else! This repair shop is the typical example of dishonest, cheating thiefs. After they promised for MONTHS to repair our tv or return the money I finally did research on the company. All the lies the repair shop has told us is disgusting. "next week," "we will call you" "we are waiting for the part"nothing has been true. They have not called us ONCE since giving them our tv. They still have our TV and hundreds and hundreds of dollars.We are not the first people that Doctor Tv, TV Guyz whatever name they are going by now has ripped off. After reading reviews I realize their scam. They rotate their deffective parts while only accepting cash, so they can run off with your money without a trace. They disconnect their phone everyother day. I am sick of this and putting the word out there to file a claim against this company to have them punished for their horrible actions please email Playa2theking@aol (Hide)

Terrible. I had to have my screen replaced. First the guy forgot the bring the screen protector, then I don't thing... (More) Terrible. I had to have my screen replaced. First the guy forgot the bring the screen protector, then I don't thing he replaced all the screws. After he "finished" I noticed there was sweat on the inside of the screen. He said he would come back in a week with the screen protector and clean out the sweat at that time. When he didn't show up, I called. He came over and said "What am I here for". He didn't have the protector and said he would return in another week. I called every week for a few months. It's been over a year now and it's still not fixed AND the screen is starting to droop -- it seems like it's missing a few screws. (Hide)
