(More) I brought an 86 year old family member in to have a growth on her nose looked at. Although the wait to see Dr. Jacobs was an hour long, it was well worth it. Dr. Jacobs spent quality time and was very kind, patient, personable and friendly. Dr. Jacobs took the time to clearly articulate the diagnosis and provided the kind of personal service rarely, if ever, found today. It was quite obvious why he is so busy. (Hide)

I've been to Dr. Jacobs twice. I received excellent care, advice, take home packets with info on all of the... (More) I've been to Dr. Jacobs twice. I received excellent care, advice, take home packets with info on all of the treatments/perscriptions, how they worked and what to expect (I've done carac, pre-cancer treatments) and follow ups, today that was eight pages of information. I would much rather receive the information from the doctor who is treating me than researching everything online. Their office staff is very friendly. His office is busy and I did wait a bit to be seen. However, I found him very patient and friendly, so was his assistant. They answered all of my questions and I did not feel like I was rushed in and right back out, like doctor visits often can be. Dr. Jacobs and staff get five stars. Charlotte (Hide)
