(More) Rescheduled flight due to a weather cancellation did not have a new ticket issued to obtain boarding pass for the overnight trip.It took 45 minutes at airport to pinpoint problem the efforts at home and airport for an electronic boarding pass failed Return flight was less than 24 hours and schedule was too tight to undergo similar response. Responses to questions ranges from -"... it isn't done that way...", " ...this should work..." " you are being bumped from outgoing flight because the company always overbooks. Airline has failed in training and proper follow-up to insure personnel in the public sector are aware that by refusing to identify self are giving credence to an accusation that the employee does not know how to do a job knowingly and intelligently or that there is a cover-up for the boss.  (Hide)

Inconsistant service but they got me from Italy to the US for the lowest price, so I can't complaint

horrendous customer service, baggage claim location not announced. and waited 45 minutes before we can leave the place after arriving at the gate. Agents are rude

Avoid Delta Airlines like you would avoid a deadly disease. I checked 2 suitcases and that is exactly the number they lost. Everyone should avoid their so called "SkyTeam" partners, particularly AeroMexico and Mexicana Airlines. They are in a... (More) Avoid Delta Airlines like you would avoid a deadly disease. I checked 2 suitcases and that is exactly the number they lost. Everyone should avoid their so called "SkyTeam" partners, particularly AeroMexico and Mexicana Airlines. They are in a three way tie with Delta, for First Place Winners in the Indifference, Arrogance, and Incredible Incompetence categories. When you first report your lost bags, they will likely record your imformation incorrectly. When you try to go online to correct THEIR mistakes, they won't allow it. When you try to call them directly, they will not answer your call. When, in desperation, you try their reservation number, it will be busy. If you ever get through after trying for hours, you'll likely be talking to Bombay, India. They will then tell you to call back, and when you do, (every time they tell you to call) they will have NO (or false) information. Do business with Delta if you like being treated like garbage (after they've taken your money).  (Hide)

Purchased ticket for Dec 23 5pm flight which was cancelled due to mechanical problems. Rescheduled flight didn't leave until Dec 24 at 7am. Requested compensation & hotel, gate agent stated they would only give $7.00.Called customer service for... (More) Purchased ticket for Dec 23 5pm flight which was cancelled due to mechanical problems. Rescheduled flight didn't leave until Dec 24 at 7am.
