We have had service for 6 month and of that 6 month we have had maybe 3 months of service. It always looses signal and we have scheduled two different service calls and they lie and say they show up but they don't. They refuse to let you speak to a Supervisor and hang up on you when you call back. I will never use this service again and I will never give them a good review. I will tell everyone I know how crapy the service is and not to use this company. (Hide)

My local channels are antenna-fed. I can not get a good tv schedule because it will not allow me to change services to direct tv. It only offers Dish and Cableone on MSN. This is a serious problem which many of my co-workers are also experiencing. Although under contract, we are not getting what we were led to believe as great reception ( unless it rains, is cloudy, or snows) local channels soon to be included and currently advertised as such, these are reasons to terminate the contract. We have 50-some customers with like complaints who will sign the complaint. MSN has extended creedance, please remind Direct TV of their obligation to follow suit on their claims and promises. (Hide)
