Have not had a problem with my cox service loved everything about it never had a problem with service tech or customer service over the phone

I found the customer service to be great. When I called about my internet service, they were able to trouble shoot for me and I found it was my computer that was the problem. After I fixed my computer I had no issues. 15 year customer

I'm switching back to satellite. The DVR is incompatable and offers low quality.
We had countless call outs and the servicemen tried everything to fix the problem. We were getting good signal strength and the cables were fine. They did tell us that the DVR's had been causing lots of problems but this is the only one Cox offers.... (More)

The telephone reps are rude and condescending. The installers are late. I requested one thing and was given something else. They lied about my phone service, every time there is a power outage I loose my phone service. The same supervisor hung up on... (More)
