First off....they are WAY overpriced! You are "forsure" paying for the "name". The manager at the North Ridgeville's... (More) First off....they are WAY overpriced! You are "forsure" paying for the "name". The manager at the North Ridgeville's store is rude, has no personality. I have had my stabilizer link repaired there....and a year later they say I need a new one. When, I said its under "warranty" they changed their mind and said....."oh, you don't need that done". WHAT? I think they are trying to charge people for stuff that we don't need done. Also, got brakes done...and have to go back and have them check it out. They sure done seem right....they still touch close to ground....and also hear a "banging" noise underneath van. What the heck did they do? Are they making more problems for me and my van?Their mechanic are not the greatest ones. We had issues on other things too....and had to take it back twice. And, I wonder if they do stuff to just last "right" after the warranty....because I had two things "GO" right after the warranty....and then they won't fix it. (Hide)

(More) I will start the review by saying the tires conrad's offer are great. but the actual work by the technicians is very poorly done. I have had to go back to conrads over 5 times in the last two months.The first 4 trips was due to the tire pressure not accurate. once this was finally corrected i went to my dealer for my oil change and I mentioned to them to check my tires because the car has never driven the same since i went to conrads.The dealer tells me that my tires were not properly balanced. I called conrads and made another appointment, did i mention they never apologized for the inconvience throughout all of my trips. Conrads balanced the tires but the car still rides with a vibration. I am now so fed up with conrads that i will be getting my tires balanced at the toyota dealer. I do not have time to continue to go to Conrads i am completely disappointed with my experience there.
