Worst of all, when calling about internet problems they simply blame your router and then charge you if you ask someone to come out, regardless of whether he fixes it or not. (Hide)

(More) Comcast has horrible customer service skills and very poor billing practices. We were over charged every month for the same duplicate charges, after fighting with their customer service and billing department for months we decided to cancel our service. We also ordered ppv events every month and we were lucky if they came on and stayed on it was absolutely horrible. The service and the people that work their and lets hope you do not have to call them during a ppv event because I stayed on hold for 45 minutes and they still couldn't figure out why the event didn't come on and they charged me twice. VERY VERY BAD SERVICE AND EVEN WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! (Hide)
