Had someone back into my 3 month old car. Was sent to bodies by jay to have the work done, it was a simple bumper cover job. Got the truck back and there were runs in the paint, high spots with no paint on them. Bumper wasn't even aligned right. I went back talked to Jay the owner and he said "there isn't much i can do about that" on all the issues. I didn't have time to argue so i had to come back the next week. I dropped it off, pointed out all the issues. Got a call two hours later saying it was done. Go to pick it up and all they did is use some touch up paint on the spots that where missing paint. I can not afford to keep dropping off my vehicle for nothing to get fixed. If you have a 5 year old car and don't mind sub par paint work this is your place but, if you want it to look like it never happened go somewhere else. This place is a joke.

I went off the road this morning going around a corner on an icy road. Two other cars went off in the same spot earlier. Thank god there was no damage to my car but I had to be pulled out .A body by Jay flatbed went by and said he could pull me out. he said he would have to charge me $75.00 to pull me out. Well at that time I didn't have any other choices .I didn't even ask him to do it the Sherriff did. It took him a whole 10 min and I was out of the ditch. I thought he was joking when he said $75.00 but nope. My credit card was charged $80.25 with tax. I'm sorry but that's highway robbery. He didn't have to tow me anywhere. He just pulled me out of a ditch. If this ever happens again and that company drives by I'll tell them to keep going. $80.25 is a ridiculous amount of money for just pulling someone out of a ditch.

I would give these crooks no stars if possible.



I got into an accident right around Christmas time in 2013 and I was pretty shaken up about it. Had a choice to pick between 2 shops and was told Bodies by Jay was a great place so of course I chose them. When I went to pick up my vehicle the following day to transfer it to another repair shop that is backed up my insurance company I found that my tool box and a few other things had been stolen. Spoke with the manager and nothing was done and could have been done. Way to be professional, huh? Would never recommend them to anyone.

Mistake after mistake. First they forgot to fix a scratch, no big deal happens, so they tell me 2 minutes to fix. They burn through the clear down to raw paint and then bring it out and say yeah it's a little " dull" but the scratch is basically gone! If I didn't know any better he would have let drive off this way. So I call him on this and he says ok they have to paint the whole door. Ok we schedule the door painting. When I pick the car up they are trying to charge me for the repair!? NO WAY THEIR MISTAKE. Also this is an insurance claim so I'm sure he was going to charge the insurance company as well. I get the car home I find a another buff mark through the clear, much worst than the original on the hood. They also did not paint the whole door like they said and tried to charge me for. They brushed in he area of the starch which looks awful. Can't believe what terrible work was done. Now I am going to take my car to someone else to fix all their mistakes. Up front I was
