well i called with a question i have a bernardini international gem vault safe that i bought from a person who i cant contact now i have the combo and i have the key but i dont know how to enter the combo properly so i called and they told me , it didnt work but atleast i know now the guy who sold it to me is a jerk and that i have to pay someone to crack it i cant afford it at the moment but when i can im calling these guys they atleast tried to help me over the phone! thanx anyways!
