(More) I ordered the Austin set on June 5th, 2009.Upon ordering, I was assured that I had at least a week to change the color without it affecting the ship time, Bari Leather was out of all of the swatches I ordered except one. I changed the color on June 12, 2009 after a second attempt to get swatches worked. I just received it today, September 2, 2009. The customer service members only had excuses and actually told me that I "really don't want to rush the people making my furniture." Customer service reps are inexperienced and unprofessional. This furniture is acceptable, but I will never order from Bari Leather again due to the service that I received. The website does not update what is going on with the order, and the shipping method is ridiculous. I had a pallet set in front of my garage, something that should never be done with high priced furniture. The website says ship time is 6-8 weeks from order date. My furniture shipped 11 weeks and 5 days from my order date. (Hide)
