The representative walked me through everything I needed. For those believing they were misled or that their policies are dishonest, I suggest you try doing business with Hells Fargo/Watchoverya. Offered a very competative rate. However, the loan officer was misleading and we ended up paying more interest because our loan lock expired. They were not able to fund the loan within the amount of time given us. I had to give them required... (More) Offered a very competative rate. However, the loan officer was misleading and we ended up paying more interest because our loan lock expired. They were not able to fund the loan within the amount of time given us. I had to give them required documents more than once, stating they never received them. I suspect it was a stall tactic. The officer was not returning phone calls to myself or the attorney. I would not recommend this particular branch for a mortgage.  (Hide)

This little bank has such friendly tellers who are always eager to help. They are quick and always know the procedure. They even have a "greeter"! I am in and out in no time. Very friendly atmosphere!
