I spoke with their rep and they were very helpful and friendly. The price quoted on line was very reasonable and the final bill was only $10.00 more including taxes, etc. Their prices beat out 5 other businesses I called and had an appointment that was easy on My schedule. Unreliable. Made 8 a.m. - noon appointment four days in advance but they called at 8:15 to say they couldn't do it. Offered $26 discount to go another day, but I didn't want to take the chance after already missing work. The $26 discount means... (More) Unreliable. Made 8 a.m. - noon appointment four days in advance but they called at 8:15 to say they couldn't do it. Offered $26 discount to go another day, but I didn't want to take the chance after already missing work. The $26 discount means they will probably bargain -- but I don't want anything to do with All Star Glass. This rating is no stars, but had to make one to make it work.  (Hide)

They were quick - less than an hour. But the installer cracked the new windshield when he installed it resulting in another appointment to come out in a week. The installer also leaned on the car and put a dent in the side causing the door not to... (More) They were quick - less than an hour. But the installer cracked the new windshield when he installed it resulting in another appointment to come out in a week. The installer also leaned on the car and put a dent in the side causing the door not to open. Then when I called to complain, the shop manager was very rude to me. They do not have good business practices.  (Hide)

All Star Glass had the side glass to my Explorer in stock and came to my house the next day. They dealt with my insurance company for me, making the whole process extremely easy. They get a FIVE STAR RATING from me!

First they lied and told me they do not come out to my office, unlike their advertisement. Then they cracked my windshield when trying to fix the small 1/8 inch chip in my windshield. They lied again and told me that it is against the law to fix... (More) First they lied and told me they do not come out to my office, unlike their advertisement. Then they cracked my windshield when trying to fix the small 1/8 inch chip in my windshield. They lied again and told me that it is against the law to fix any cracks in a windshield more than the size of a quarter and then tried to sell me a new windshield.  (Hide)
